		<description>As commentators such as Noam Chomsky have pointed out for decades, the NY Times is the newspaper of the US foreign policy establishment.  The narrow debates within organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations are reflected in the Times slant to news coverage and in ed-op pieces.  Some of this might overlap with its Israel coverage, but have no doubt where the NY Times is coming from on all of its international coverage.</description>
