If all of this is true then all the people in these passport photos are now legitmate targets of Hamas counter-intelligence. I’m guessing this might start up another operative war like the aftermath of Munich `72.

I don’t see what the problem is. The US has signalled by it’s own actions that extra judicial killings are ok as long as you are on it’s side.

blowback – I agree. The fact that the news wasn’t released for 10 days and then these photos have been released another two weeks later looks suspiciously like the suspects were given plenty of time to go underground. But even if they can’t be tracked down, the British, Irish, French and German governments will not be indifferent if it can be established that Mossad operatives were using fake passports. After Mossad operatives used Canadian passports while attempting to murder Khalid Meshaal, Canada withdrew its ambassador.

With CCTV being ubiquitous throughout much of Europe, particularly airports, it should not be difficult to follow the routes travelled by these people after the murder. Whether the political will is there if it really is a Mossad operation is another matter!
