Thanks so much for the post of Beela Fleck and Oumou Sangare. Fleck is one of our contemporary treasures. A great artist-and a great cat.
Oumou Sangare’s singing surpasses description yet always conveys an essential modesty. The same is true of Bela Fleck’s playing. He is not a virtuoso, but something more- a musician.
