Where is Obama’s climate change agenda?

Paying higher prices, but how is that going to come back to the consumer? Easy to talk about such, another matter to bring it to fruition. Giving back to the consumer hasn’t worked before, so how will it do so now? These experts ideas, so far, don’t work in the real world. Perhaps if they were to try and live on $10 – $15,000.00 a year, then maybe the ideas might work?
