One thought on “Video: Want to be happier? Stay in the moment”

The speaker’s presentation might be more meaningful if he would just address what he actually means by the word happiness. Is a mixture of grief accompanied by feelings of peace and meaning included in the definition? The word happiness often seems to be used in the sense of “good mood”. Maintaining a good mood from moment to moment hardly seems like a worthy purpose for one’s existence. I think that constantly seeking to enlarge one’s perspective is an important part of eliminating the common everyday noise of anxiety. A wandering mind might take one in positive or negative directions.
