Hopefully, what Wael said in the video, will come to pass. To have the looted billions returned to the treasury, not to be stolen-ed again, will be in the best interests of the country. I might add, that it is possible to recover those billions, that the ability exists, which should give those who think that they are in the clear, pause to consider their own future.
