Thanks, Paul, for including this here. It’s such a good series. Last night, it went over all the pertinent issues. No surprises, but a review of asset-backed securities and credit default swaps — the “dark market”. The more often we hear about how these instruments work their destruction, the better we understand them.
I think next week will be the important part. I’m hoping it will emphasize that some of these new instruments cannot be regulated and therefore need to be verboten — need, at the very least, to be made visible.
